TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ARTICLE 1 - DEFINITIONS
In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
• Cooling-off period: The period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
• Consumer: A natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
• Duration transaction: A distance contract concerning a series of products/services, with delivery and/or purchase obligations spread over time.
• Durable medium: Any tool that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information in a way that allows future consultation and unaltered reproduction.
• Right of withdrawal: The consumer's option to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
• Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person offering products and/or services at a distance.
• Distance contract: An agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer using one or more means of distance communication.
• Means of distance communication: Methods that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and entrepreneur meeting in the same space.
General terms and conditions: The present general terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.

ARTICLE 3 - APPLICABILITY
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and every distance contract between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Prior to concluding a contract, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated where the conditions can be viewed and sent at the consumer's request.
For electronic agreements, the text can be provided electronically in a way that allows the consumer to store it on a durable medium.
Additional terms and conditions will only apply if they are clearly communicated before the conclusion of the contract and agreed upon by the consumer. Contradictory terms will be interpreted in favor of the consumer.
ARTICLE 4 - THE OFFER
If an offer has a limited validity or is subject to conditions, this will be stated clearly. The offer is non-binding and may be amended.
The offer will include a comprehensive and accurate description of the products and/or services. Images must accurately represent the products offered. Obvious errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
Every offer will provide information on:
• Price (including additional costs such as customs and import duties).
Shipping costs.
Contract conclusion methods.
Right of withdrawal.
Payment methods, delivery terms, and contract execution.
• Validity period of the offer.
Communication cost variations, if applicable.
Contract storage and consumer access.
Correction methods for input errors before contract conclusion.
• Additional available contract languages.
• Codes of conduct and their electronic accessibility.
Minimum contract duration for duration contracts.
ARTICLE 5 - THE AGREEMENT
The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the specified terms.
The entrepreneur will electronically confirm the receipt of acceptance. The contract will be securely stored, and the entrepreneur will ensure data security.
The entrepreneur may assess the consumer's ability to meet payment obligations and refuse or impose conditions on the contract based on the results.
The consumer will receive the following in writing or on a durable medium:
• Entrepreneur's business address for complaints.
• Withdrawal right conditions and method.
• Warranty and after-sales service information.
• Details specified in Article 4, section 3.
Termination conditions for duration contracts.
ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer can cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the products without stating reasons. The product and packaging should be handled with care during this period.
ARTICLE 7 - COSTS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer bears the cost of return shipping. The entrepreneur refunds the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
ARTICLE 8 - EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The entrepreneur may exclude the right of withdrawal for specific products, such as customized items, perishable goods, newspapers, magazines, and sealed audio/video recordings if clearly stated in the offer.
ARTICLE 9 - THE PRICE
Prices stated in the offer are binding during the validity period unless there is a change in VAT. The entrepreneur may indicate variable prices subject to market fluctuations.
ARTICLE 10 - CONFORMITY AND GUARANTEE
The entrepreneur ensures that the products meet the contract specifications. Defective or wrongly delivered products should be reported within 14 days and returned in original packaging.
ARTICLE 11 - DELIVERY AND EXECUTION
The entrepreneur will process orders with care and deliver within the agreed timeframe. Delays will be communicated, allowing the consumer to withdraw and receive a refund within 14 days.
ARTICLE 12 - DURATION TRANSACTIONS: DURATION, TERMINATION, AND RENEWAL
The consumer may terminate an indefinite contract at any time with a one-month notice. Fixed-term contracts can be terminated at the end of the period with a one-month notice. Automatic renewals are only possible under specific conditions.
ARTICLE 13 - PAYMENT
Payments are due within 7 working days from the start of the cooling-off period. The consumer must promptly report any payment data inaccuracies.
ARTICLE 14 - COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
Complaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days of discovery. The entrepreneur will respond within 14 days.
ARTICLE 15 - DISPUTES
Contracts are exclusively governed by the laws of Germany.
