RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason:
• Products must be in their original condition and include original tags and labels.
• The packaging must not be damaged and must remain in its original condition.
• Returned items must show no signs of use.
Please note that returns not meeting these conditions cannot be accepted. We reserve the right to reject
returns if we suspect the items have been used or damaged without our fault.


Exchange: We accept exchanges once the original product has been received in its original condition at our return address. Please contact us to arrange for the correct item.
1. Ensure your package has a Track & Trace code. Lost returns without proof of shipping will not be refunded.
2. Returning items without a Track & Trace code is at your own risk. The customer is responsible for the cost of
returns and label.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email. Your refund will be processed within a few days after the return is handled, and the purchase amount will be refunded to your account.


Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellation is no longer possible. For pre-orders, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this, processing begins, and cancellation is no longer possible.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing your order at
support@marcivo.com.
Returns are always at the sender's risk, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Incorrect Item or Size?
If you receive the wrong item or size, we will send you the correct item free of charge.


Refunds
Refunds for returns are typically processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Note
A restocking fee of 25% of the refund amount may be deducted for returned, rejected, or abandoned orders to cover handling and administrative costs.
Customers wishing to return items must first send them to the central warehouse for inspection, following the return instructions provided upon contact. The customer is responsible for all associated return costs, including shipping, customs fees, and non-refundable taxes. Items delayed or held at customs due to unpaid fees are not eligible for a refund.
