RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason. Products must be in their original condition and include all original tags and labels. The packaging must not be damaged and must remain in its original state. Returned items must show no signs of use. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted, and we reserve the right to reject returns if we suspect the items have been used or damaged.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept exchanges once the original product has been received in its original condition at our return address. Please contact us to arrange the correct item. Ensure your package has a valid Track & Trace code, as lost returns without proof of shipping cannot be refunded. Returning items without Track & Trace is at your own risk. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the return label.
RETURN PROCESSING
Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email. Refunds are processed within a few days after the return has been handled, and the purchase amount will be refunded to your account. Package protection, if purchased, is non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order is processed and cancellation is no longer possible. For pre-orders, cancellations are also accepted within 24 hours. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@marcivo.com. Returns are always at the sender’s risk, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
INCORRECT ITEM OR SIZE
If you receive the wrong item or size, we will send you the correct item free of charge.
REFUNDS
Refunds for returns are typically processed within 7 business days of receipt. Orders returned to an incorrect or invalid address are not eligible for a refund. Package protection fees are non-refundable.
