Shipping Costs

We proudly offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
If you’d like to receive your order sooner, you can upgrade to Express Shipping for just $7.99 at checkout.

Express Shipping: 7–12 business days

We ship worldwide, including to the USA, UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

Shipping Your Order

Once you’ve found your perfect Marcivo piece, we’ll ensure it’s processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Average delivery timeline:

Processing time: 1–2 business days
Orders placed during weekdays are usually processed within one business day. Orders made on weekends may take slightly longer.
Delivery time:
- Free Shipping: 12–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 7–12 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real time.

Delivery of Your Order

Defective Product?

If a product is damaged during transit, we sincerely apologize. In such cases, we will send a replacement immediately, as refunds are not possible for damaged items.
If the replacement also arrives damaged, we will refund the full purchase price.

Lost Package?

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical issues, we will first send a replacement package before issuing a refund.
If your order has not arrived within 60 days of shipping, a refund can be issued upon verification.
