At MARCIVO, we aim to make the ordering and delivery process as smooth as possible for our
customers. Should any questions or issues arise, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
Below, we explain the steps involved in your order and delivery process.
Shipping Costs
We cover the shipping costs for all orders above 50$. All our products are delivered to your home at no
additional shipping charges. For all orders below 50$ we calculate a 2.95$ shipping fee.
Shipping Your Order
Found the perfect look on our website? We ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as
possible.
The average delivery times for our packages are as follows:
• After placing your order, we need 1-2 business days for processing. Orders placed during the week are
usually processed within one business day, while orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend
may take slightly longer.
• After processing, your order will be shipped and should arrive within 1 to 14 business days.
• After placing your order, you will receive a personal tracking code via email, allowing you to track your
order through our tracking partner. For more information, visit our Track & Trace page.
• At this moment we ship only to USA, UK & Germany.
If your order is particularly urgent, feel free to contact us by phone. Our service team is happy to assist you.
Delivery of Your Order
Once your order is delivered, enjoy your new fashion items! If there is an issue and you wish to exchange or
return an item, please visit our return page.
Defective Product?
If a product is damaged during transit, we deeply regret this. In such cases, we will send you a new package
immediately, as refunds are not possible. Should the product arrive damaged again, we will refund the full
purchase price.
Order Process
The ordering process at Marcivo is straightforward:
1. Visit the product page and add the desired item to your cart by clicking "Add to Cart."
2. Ensure you have selected the correct variants and click "Proceed to Checkout."
3. On the information page, enter your address details and verify that all information is correct. Click
"Continue to Shipping."
4. Double-check your address details on the shipping page. You will see that each shipment is sent free of
charge. Click "Continue to Payment."
Lost Package?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will first send you a new package before processing any refund. If your order has not arrived within 60 days of shipping, a refund can be issued.
