Shipping policy

At MARCIVO, we aim to process and deliver every order as clearly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Delivery time begins after the order has been processed and shipped.

During high-demand periods, promotional sales, holidays, or carrier delays, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

MARCIVO offers the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping

Shipping cost: $9.99
Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days after processing

Express Shipping

Shipping cost: $14.99
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after processing

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. The final shipping cost may depend on the delivery destination and available carrier service.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the countries and regions available at checkout. If your location is not available during checkout, we are unable to ship to that destination at this time.

Tracking Information

All orders include a tracking number when available from the carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking updates to appear, especially during peak shipping periods or carrier delays.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs inspections, weather conditions, incorrect shipping details, holidays, or seasonal demand.

MARCIVO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. However, our support team will assist you with tracking and delivery-related concerns.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

MARCIVO is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address before dispatch. Once the order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office before contacting support.

If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will review the case and assist you with the next steps.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact our support team first. We will help verify the delivery details and guide you through the available carrier support process.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

MARCIVO is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
